i spent much of the day sitting here in front of the computer, fixing a couple of little glitches in the videos i made, then trying in vain to upload one of them to you tube. it WOULD NOT LET ME because the video was over 10 minutes. i don’t understand this, because i know i watched one that was about 19 minutes or so the other day. so what’s up with that?
i wasn’t even able to upload a video of an approaching storm that i recorded with my still camera last tuesday morning because i guess i recorded it at too high a setting. but i was able to upload a second, shorter video, and here it is.

kevin went to the doctor to have a thorough diabetes checkup. the nurse called him with the results when he was in his car. he couldn’t find any paper, but he did have this handy fudgesicle stick. i found it extremely amusing that he wrote all his test results on the stick.
the other night, winnie was perched on top of the grill. we’ve since realized that he wasn’t just lounging, he was lying in wait for the cute little wrens living in the birdhouse/feeder right above the grill. luckily we moved it away from the nest after that.
i have many cake pictures, and lots of party photos, and i’ll be posting them very soon. hopefully i’m also going to post the cake-making video, in two parts.
right now, though, we’re going to go see TOY STORY THREE IN 3-D!!!
