and BA BOOM, a new banner! i didn’t take any pictures worth making into a banner last month, so i found this banner in my website banners folder. it was called “banner not yet used.” it was taken some summer, and it makes me happy because the grass is green, the ducks are swimming, there’s a guy mowing his lawn. it must not have been taken last summer because almost no mowing was done because of the drought.
so, banner created first day of month, DONE.
surely this means good things for the day.
ok, as an ADDED BONUS, here are some random photos from january.
les, very happy with a catnip ball i found under the couch. mollie was batting at the couch one day and i told her here was nothing there. i lifted the section of couch to look underneath and there were plenty of oatey o’s, plus HUNDREDS of pull rings from milk and creamer containers. i mean, this is where each and every one of them ended up.
kevin decided my headlights needed to be replaced, so he did that. the old one looks so blurry that it looks out of focus, doesn’t it? now i can be safe driving at night.
mom, always so cheerful, working hard at bingo one night.
i’ve only seen the swans once this year. they must be hanging out someplace else most of the time.
