some guy named chris pine is going to be the young kirk, and on IMDB he doesn’t even look like brad pitt. he was in “princess diaries 2”, which i missed, so i’ve never seen him before. simon pegg is going to be the young scotty, which seems like a perfect choice. simon was in “shaun of the dead” and “hott fuzz,” and he’s very funny.
