enough already with the snow.

last night we braved the cold and went to see “cabaret” at the hoogland, it was dinner theater, a lot of fun. dinner theater is a great idea and i think we should have more of it here. people like to eat and they like to be entertained. my only regret is i wish i’d had the steak instead of the chicken.

the show was in theater three, which is a great big space and i had wondered if they’d make it look nice. they did. dark lighting, risers to people at tables in back could see, nice.

but then it snowed some more. i have many plans for today, including working out at the fit club and then driving to petersburg to audition for a play and then, later, we’re going to go see kevin’s band perform at a place called the landing in taylorville. lots of driving around on non-interstate roads, and i’m not looking forward to it. i’m reconsidering going to the fit club because the parking lot will be horrible. they have no room to expand the lot, and the spaces are all very small and most of the cars who park there are very large. plus with all the snow it will probably be chaos.

if i sit here and continue to type, i’m sure i can type my way out of going.

hot chocolate. the answer to everything, winter-wise.

ok then,

grace on saturday.
