so many halloween pictures…here’s mollie yesterday afternoon, resting up for the festivities.

aunt sandy, jim and bev.  jim is wearing erica’s waitress uniform – it’s the one i wore in a state fair commercial.  it looks better on him than me.  bev is the character “gilly” from saturday night live and she was SO FUNNY.

me and kevin and mollie out on the screen porch.  yes, we wimped out and were our characters from the video sandy made for mom and dad’s anniversary.  we were going to play the video during the party but unfortunately it never happened.  we’ll have to have another party just to show it…but does that mean we have to dress up again?  that “fabulous” thing under my arm is a fabulous purse i got at goodwill.  it says “fabulous las vegas” and i love it.

i was going to wear some flashy blue flip flops, but amy said that these shoes of hers would be perfect.  they were, but my feet hurt a lot after i took them off much later that night.  i just don’t like to suffer for beauty anymore.

i wore my glasses under the pink glasses, which you can see here.  glamorous as always.

gina, octomom #1, and her husband tim, who was a scary creepy pumpkin guy from some scary halloween pumpkin movie.  he wore this mask underneath a big burlap bag, plus his costume was a pair of very very warm pajamas.  it’s a miracle he didn’t pass out from heat exhaustion.  we had two octomoms, so that was a…sixteen mom.

selina and her boyfriend A.J., who looks very very young to me.  he’s a stein of beer, fyi.  you probably figured that out, but i didn’t realize that at first.  i like the way selina posed with her toe pointed.

angelica erica with randy the statue with two birds and covered with bird poop.  i was going to give him the most creative costume award, but the costume came like that!  bird poop and all!  but he pointed out that he did apply all the brown makeup to his face and hands.  but still…

mic cody, lone man drinking.  why is there never a single woman to fix this man up with?

lenore, jerry and kevin.  lenore was a fortune-teller but she never told me my fortune.  she did leave her eight ball fortune thing here, though, so i guess i could tell my own fortune if i had the energy to get up off the couch.

mollie didn’t have a good time at the party.  the music was very very loud and there were so many people in the living room that she couldn’t jump up  on the couch and she was freaked out so she spent a lot of time upstairs.  after a while she came down, though, and i gave her a few pieces of salami and she felt better.  she’s very happy that all the people are gone now.

janice, gerrick and janice’s son ramsey.  janice and gerric won a “cutest couple” award, and ramsey was kurt cobain.  i wondered if he should have smile for the picture, because did kurt cobain ever smile?  ramsey said he did a few times.

ron, kevin, david, lenore and mom.  mom won “cutest costume” because she was an adorable dorothy.

dad was an old guy from “men in black,” although i can’t remember what that character might be.  he wasn’t tommy lee jones…he came in using a cane, kind of staggering around, and i was quite alarmed and asked him if he needed the cane and he said, “yes, for my character!”  this is mom before she started drinking and dancing like crazy.
