and it’s chilly and i have lots to do today, but have spent time researching a new printer on amazon and it’s a little daunting because there are many, many choices and i get really bored with thinking about it, but now our printer\/copier doesn’t work at all so i MUST GET A NEW ONE.<\/p>\n

i wanted to post more photos of mollie, and then i thought about the photos i’ve posted of dad, and realized that i only posted a couple of him, so i must get busy with the shrinking of them and posting them.<\/p>\n

i can’t believe it’s been five months since dad died. \u00a0i’ve been so sad about him recently; maybe it’s hitting me more now because i was so focused on mollie’s illness?<\/p>\n

whatever, it’s a whole bunch of sadness.<\/p>\n

not sad all the time. \u00a0tonight i will go to zumba, in order to dance my troubles away.<\/p>\n

here’s mollie, last year on her birthday. \u00a0kevin and i were up in sterling, visiting his mom who was in the hospital, the last time she was there before she died. \u00a0amy and jim took her for a ride to a walk, and then amy made the most wonderful video…she and jim sang happy birthday to mollie, and the dogs were all wearing birthday hats, and they were feeding them hamburgers. \u00a0i remember watching it over and over again when we were sitting in a restaurant in sterling, and i was crying with happiness.<\/p>\n

because apple kind of sucks, though, there doesn’t seem to be a way to save a video from the iphone on the computer.<\/p>\n

this was a very historical day, the day that erica jumped into the lake to save mollie’s life. \u00a0we had stopped at a park to go to the bathroom, and mollie slipped off the boat and the boat was getting closer to the dock and i was SHRIEKING in a not calm manner, and erica jumped right in and saved her.<\/p>\n

here’s mollie at amy and jim’s, after a happy walk.<\/p>\n

back when we lived in westchester, kevin was working on refurbishing the pontoon boat and mollie desperately wanted to bve out there with him. \u00a0he put her on a long leash, but i love it that this looks like she’s a doggie living in squalor.<\/p>\n

one christmas, very happy with a giant bone.<\/p>\n

the other day there was a dingo rawhide on the bedroom floor, one that we hadn’t cleared out, and i heard a weird thumping noise and realized that les was trying to eat it! \u00a0he kept at it for a few days and managed to eat most of it. \u00a0he’s a darling and tenacious kitty, and he makes us happy.<\/p>\n

and that is all for now on this cold and dreary thursday morning,<\/p>\n
