and i’ve been in a furious whirl since i got up at 7:13 this morning, but i am still in my jammies.\u00a0 i am going to go running soon, which i don’t look forward to because it is TOO COLD outside and i’m not getting into the spirit of the cold weather, even though this summer when it was so unbearably hot that i couldn’t even go for a walk cause it was too stifling, and i kept saying to myself, REMEMBER THIS, GRACE, i’m still not thrilled with the cold.<\/p>\n

at least it is sunny.<\/p>\n

here is a funny photo that randy sent me; he went to his cousin’s (nephew’s? i don’ remember the specific relative) wedding, and their dog was the ring bearer.\u00a0 SO CUTE!<\/p>\n

kevin caught this incredibly rare photo of chester, lying on the bed.\u00a0 chester is never on the bed.\u00a0 i don’t know what got into him.\u00a0 also, yesterday he was walking around in the living room meowing at me, and then he jumped up on my lap and lied there for a good 10 minutes.\u00a0 very historical.<\/p>\n

here is my photo for GRACETALK #5.\u00a0 kevin took many photos of me and i’m not so crazy about my face to begin with, so it was somewhat agonizing to find a photo to us.\u00a0 at this moment, the wind blew my hair back, and it was the best picture.\u00a0 the problem is that the photo is so small on the postcards i’ve printed out that you can’t see the splendid peacock on top of my hat.\u00a0 i’d wear it in my actual show, except it’s very difficult to get it to stay on.<\/p>\n

a few days ago it was crazy, crazy foggy – so foggy when kevin got up that he couldn’t even see the trees outside.\u00a0 by the time i woke up, this is what it looked like.<\/p>\n

mysterious chester.\u00a0 this is the jungle that is now our screened porch, but today we have to drag heavy plants around because most of the under-plant things are leaking, even the ones that don’t have holes in them, and we’re afraid the floor is going to rot.\u00a0 i’m not really looking forward to the lifting of the plants.<\/p>\n
