and here is the answer,<\/p>\n
(A + $900) * 0.04 + $19 = A * 0.05\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 expand the (A + $900) * 0.04
\nA * 0.04 + $36 + $19 = A * 0.05\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 subtract A * 0.04 from both sides of the formula
\n$55 = A * 0.01\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 multiple both sides by 100

\n$5500 + $900 = $6400 = amount invested at 4%<\/p>\n
