{"id":5447,"date":"2010-12-15T18:56:37","date_gmt":"2010-12-16T00:56:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/graceuncensored.com\/WordPress\/?p=5447"},"modified":"2010-12-15T18:56:37","modified_gmt":"2010-12-16T00:56:37","slug":"continued-busy-ness","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/graceuncensored.com\/WordPress\/uncategorized\/continued-busy-ness\/","title":{"rendered":"continued busy-ness"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>remember that link i posted, the article about exercise making you fat, from time magazine? well, if you took the time to read it, you should then read this:\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/nummyz.wordpress.com\/2009\/08\/08\/refuting-john-clouds-the-myth-about-exercise-on-time-magazine-there-is-no-myth-about-exercise\/\">REFUTING THE EXERCISE ARTICLE<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>the author of this makes lots of good points about exercise NOT making you fat, but the plain fact that if you eat a lot of junk after you exercise, you will gain weight.\u00a0 kevin sent me this link, and he&#8217;s right &#8211; you need to eat less and exercise more, of course.<\/p>\n<p>me, i&#8217;m just trying to not eat EVERYTHING during this holiday time.\u00a0 yesterday we went to a potluck luncheon&#8217;s for kevin&#8217;s piano class and i stayed away from the pecan pie and the apple pie that i made; i didn&#8217;t have any cheesecake at all.\u00a0 i did eat some hershey&#8217;s kisses which were surrounding some homemade fudge and OF COURSE I HAD A PIECE OF FUDGE.\u00a0 luckily it was early enough in the day that i didn&#8217;t feel the need to eat the entire PLATE of fudge.\u00a0 also luckily it wasn&#8217;t the delicious creamy fudge that i used to make; it was just dry enough to not make me want to scarf down every last bit.<\/p>\n<p>i started writing this early this morning and now it&#8217;s almost seven at night; what about all the pictures i wanted to post today?\u00a0 once again, the day has gotten away from me.<\/p>\n<p>tomorrow, tomorrow, there&#8217;s always tomorrow&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>ok then,<\/p>\n<p>mrs.
