but isn\u2019t that the way it usually is? probably not. but isn\u2019t that really what most of life is like, the way the world runs, it\u2019s a bunch of rich guys deciding on whatever? <\/p>\n
i had a bloody mary and it was delicious. i may have another one in a minute.<\/p>\n
five days till opening night. how is that possible? five days. doesn\u2019t seem possible.<\/p>\n
i went over all my lines today, and of course they go smoothly when it\u2019s just me, sitting there doing them by myself.<\/p>\n
i read a pretty funny article in the wall street journal about pizza delivery during the super bowl. it\u2019s maybe the biggest day of the year for pizza delivery.<\/p>\n
we had some frozen pizza, actually, and it was quite delicious.<\/p>\n

today i got one of the funniest phone message i\u2019ve ever received. funny in an unusual sense, anyway. it was pam, from my play, who said “when you go off in the third act, does patrick hand you the phone, or does he throw it out the door.” it was so funny to have somebody ask me that in a phone message.<\/p>\n
i called her and told her (he throws it).<\/p>\n
so at least we have that one little bit of business straightened out.<\/p>\n
whew, that\u2019s a load off my mind.<\/p>\n
OH! i have to go back to the game! because there\u2019s all kinds of throwing and catching and tackling and running going on and I\u2019M MISSING IT!!!<\/p>\n
