i\u2019m watching a movie now, but i\u2019ve lost interest.<\/p>\n
my attention span is shrinking rapidly, i believe.<\/p>\n
or maybe it\u2019s not, it\u2019s hard to remember that far back.<\/p>\n
this morning i ran for a while but i initially thought it was much warmer than it actually was and it was quite windy and i wish i\u2019d have had a hat on or at least some ear warmers of some kind. i even know where a pair is.<\/p>\n
but it wasn\u2019t so bad. sunshine and all.<\/p>\n
it was FIFTY SIX today. so what\u2019s not to like about the day?<\/p>\n
not that i was actually outside for much of it.<\/p>\n
randy and i walked through a park at the lake and he wondered for quite some time about why anybody would voluntarily want to fish. i kept trying to tell him that maybe they just like hanging out, not really doing much of anything, just…hanging out…maybe shutting their brains off for a while.<\/p>\n
perhaps i should take up fishing.<\/p>\n
except i really wouldn\u2019t want to get near worms or anything like that at all.<\/p>\n
but see, it\u2019s perfectly accepted to say “i like to fish,” but if you say “i like to hang out on the shore by the lake, or maybe in a nice boat, and just…hang out…” then people would think you were a shiftless lazy bum.<\/p>\n
which i\u2019m not.<\/p>\n
not that i wouldn\u2019t like to.<\/p>\n
