yesterday morning i got up at 7:45, threw on my bike clothes and we were out the door by 8:16.\u00a0 i ate a chocolate crunch rice cake and some yogurt before we left.\u00a0 i didn’t think we’d go so far.<\/p>\n
we went 25.4 miles and got back around 10:30 or so.\u00a0 it got hot out there.\u00a0 i got hungry, but didn’t want to eat because i was so hot.<\/p>\n
i should have had more food.<\/p>\n
i got back and felt kind of nauseous for a while.<\/p>\n
not a pretty day.<\/p>\n
today, we’re not biking at all.<\/p>\n
