on july 31st i spent the morning weeding, and the afternoon helping glenn launch his sailboat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"540\" height=\"405\" src=\"https:\/\/graceuncensored.com\/WordPress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/j38.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17082\" srcset=\"https:\/\/graceuncensored.com\/WordPress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/j38.jpg 540w, https:\/\/graceuncensored.com\/WordPress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/j38-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 540px) 100vw, 540px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>ok, really, i didn&#8217;t do much of anything.  mostly i just enjoyed hanging out a the Lindsay Boat Launch in the shade while Glenn and Kevin toiled away.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>my job, as &#8220;winch wench,&#8221; which kevin loves to say, was to pull on a rope wrapped around the winch as they pulled up the big mast.  then they had to do more stuff while i loitered again..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"540\" height=\"405\" src=\"https:\/\/graceuncensored.com\/WordPress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/j39.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17083\" srcset=\"https:\/\/graceuncensored.com\/WordPress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/j39.jpg 540w, https:\/\/graceuncensored.com\/WordPress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/j39-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 540px) 100vw, 540px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>ok, the only thing is, i&#8217;ve been kevin&#8217;s winch wench on several occasions; all i had to do was pull on the rope and crank the crank and the mast went right up.  i didn&#8217;t wrap the rope all around the winch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>but for some reason, that day, i forgot.  yeah, i forget lots of things with more and more regularity, but you&#8217;d think i&#8217;d have remembered how to do this one job.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>but no, instead i wrapped the rope around and around the winch, which made the whole thing way more difficult.  i thought it was harder to turn the crank because the mast on glenn&#8217;s boat is so big, but no, it was because i was doing it wrong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>but at least we got it done.  and i&#8217;ll never forget how to do that again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>theoretically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"400\" height=\"533\" src=\"https:\/\/graceuncensored.com\/WordPress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/j40.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17084\" srcset=\"https:\/\/graceuncensored.com\/WordPress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/j40.jpg 400w, https:\/\/graceuncensored.com\/WordPress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/j40-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Glenn and i were on board the boat as kevin prepared to set the boat free&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"540\" height=\"405\" src=\"https:\/\/graceuncensored.com\/WordPress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/j41.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17085\" srcset=\"https:\/\/graceuncensored.com\/WordPress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/j41.jpg 540w, https:\/\/graceuncensored.com\/WordPress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/j41-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 540px) 100vw, 540px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>I started to take a video&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/kqIw4HIyCdk?rel=0\" allowfullscreen=\"\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\"><\/iframe><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>When the filming stopped, we were suddenly going around in circles because somehow a rope had gotten tangled up in the motor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But he finally got it untangled, and off we went!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And that&#8217;s it for July&#8230;i don&#8217;t usually have a video, and i can&#8217;t remember the last time i had three, but there you go&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ok then,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>mrs. august, really, are you kidding me? hughes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On Saturday, July 27th, we went over to the Yacht Club for a fundraiser.
