that’s the number of cups of tea i’ve drunk today.\u00a0 holiday spice tea, peppermint tea, chocolate caramel enchantment tea, mexican sweet chili tea, eggnon’n tea, chocolate hazelnut tea, apple cinnamon tea, more peppermint tea, i’m drowning in tea.<\/p>\n
i’m fighting off a cold.\u00a0 FIGHTING IT, I SAY!\u00a0 it started creeping up on me yesterday and i kept saying I WILL NOT GET ANOTHER STUPID COLD!\u00a0 MY IMMUNE SYSTEM IS VERY VERY STRONG!\u00a0 TOGETHER WE WILL DEFEAT THE COLD!<\/p>\n
today, the gallons of tea interspersed sometimes with a glass of water, some emergen-c, and so i’ve just been sitting around all the livelong day being MAD AT THIS COLD, plus it was nice out today, fifty degrees, i could have gone running or walking but instead i was forced to sit around.\u00a0 and lots of peeing, of course.<\/p>\n
not the most scintillating monday.<\/p>\n
i don’t feel as crummy as i have in the past with a cold, though, so maybe i won’t get a serious one with a SERIOUS NEVERENDING COUGH.<\/p>\n
i’m hoping.<\/p>\n
over the weekend i went out in my slippers again, this time to stores.<\/p>\n
people don’t look down at your feet.<\/p>\n
and even if they did look down and see that i was wearing slippers, it’s not like they’re going to say WHAT’S WRONG WITH YOU, WOMAN, WHY ARE YOU WEARING SLIPPERS OUT IN PUBLICE?’<\/p>\n
they’d just talk amongst themselves about the crazy lady in the slippers.<\/p>\n
because they’re polite.<\/p>\n
i’m starting to feel a little bit crazy now with all of this sitting around.<\/p>\n
perhaps i’ll take a nap.<\/p>\n
