that’s how i’m feeling this morning.\u00a0 sometimes mornings aren’t so good for me; i’m usually not fully awake for several hours, but sometimes i’m just so dang crabby…<\/p>\n
this is one of those mornings.<\/p>\n
i’ve been sitting her updating the guest list for our HUGE HALLOWEEN PARTY, and if you want to come and think you might not be on it, you’d better write to me right NOW.\u00a0 i was thinking about the boxes and boxes of halloween decorations in the hall and out on the porch and how i should start putting them up and i need to plan and all of that and the whole thing sounds very unappealing to me and it’s a lot of work and then the party itself is lots of work and then when it’s over there’s a HUGE MESS and yet more work.<\/p>\n
there needs to be some fun in there somewhere or why even have a stupid party.<\/p>\n
amy and i are about to take the dogs walking, which will hopefully improve my mood.\u00a0 i know that it will make mollie happy.\u00a0 she is once again snoring on the couch next to me but if i say the magic word “walk” she’ll be up and alert and ready to go and jumping all over the place.<\/p>\n
we need to learn a lot from dogs.\u00a0 they sleep unworried and are instantly awake and excited and then are completely happy to spend the rest of the day doing some more napping.<\/p>\n
