Nearing the end of June

Time, it just keeps flying along. Spot is doing pretty well, thank goodness. His neck wound is still oozing a little blood but because his platelets are either low or gone altogether, so that's to be expected. The vet called on Thursday to say that his wound was indeed a nasty infection and the injected antibiotics didn't work on it, but the oral antibiotics are good. The only problem with that is squirting it into his mouth. It must taste vile because initially he gagged most of it out. I've gotten better at doing it, though, and taking it slowly seemed to help.
